What is your production method?

Images are printed at the highest resolution using a custom profile to achieve accurate colour and neutral black & whites. Images printed using a ‘generic’ canvas setting produce inaccurate results. Cheaper canvases are usually printed at lower resolutions for faster print times.

How good is your canvas?

Our 450gsm canvas is certified ‘Archival Quality’ by the ‘Fine Art Trade Guild’. It is superior in its exceptional colour reproduction. It does not contain whitening agents like cheaper canvases, so the image remains consistent over time. Canvases with whitening agents will eventually discolour. We use a Museum Grade Varnish that further enhances the print quality and offers protection from scuffs and moisture. It also eliminates cracking.

Two coats of Museum Grade Matte, Satin or Gloss Varnish are applied. This provides protection from scuffs and moisture. You are then able to wipe the canvas with a slightly damp cloth if required. Our stretcher bars are laminated solid pine. Cheap canvas suppliers usually use very lightweight fir wood bars that are not built to last. Our bars are still light enough for canvases to hang easily on standard picture hooks but are much more robust and have a ‘quality feel’.Framing tape and felt bumpers are added for a quality finish. Wooden wedges are inserted so the canvas can be re-tensioned in the future if necessary.

How accurate is the size guide?

 The size guide shows the size of a canvas printed representative to an average height person. In some instances the canvas may appear smaller on the size guide than would be in relation to the printed version. Please use the information given for each canvas to accurately measure the space where you new art will be placed to ensure the desired effect and fit.

What are Limited Editions?

Within our collection of Giclee Art Prints and Canvas Art, you will find that are labelled as ‘ Limited Editions’These will clearly be indicated as being part of a limited number of either ‘Giclee Prints’ or Boxed Canvas. Each Limited Edition will come with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ providing more information about your Limited Edition Canvas or Giclee Art print, complete with the Artists signature to further Authenticate your new piece of Art is as close a representation visually to the artists original. 

Are you also a design agency?

We offer design service for small and medium sized projects. Whether it be a new logo for your business, website design (not coding) or photographer for a high end fashion shoot. We are able to supply these services after looking through a brief detailing what the project entails. A quote will be supplied before any services commence. Our creatives have worked on projects for companies such as MTV, Nike, Guiness and Samsung.

How safe is it ordering from your website?

Graffiti Lab Ltd use a Barclays Bank EPDQ payment system for all UK orders. Upon confirming your details, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by Barclays Bank where you can be assured your details will be processed within the highest possible security standards.For international orders we accept payment via Paypal. This is a safe and reliable payment option and provides a high level of security for transactions worldwide.

How quick do i get my stuff?

Delivery times for Canvas Prints and Giclee Art is 5 working days to the UK mainland. Some items that are made to order or being shipped outside the UK may take a little longer. Please see the guidline for delivery times below. Remember, these are only guidlines and we expect to get your orders to you as quicly as possible. Delivery is Via FedEx, on the day before your delivery we will provide a shipping code to your email address so that you can keep track of your order. All Canvas Prints are securely packaged in purpose made boxes and triple wrapped in Bubble wrap. Depending on the size of your new canvas, delivery to the address where it will be hung is recommended. Ceramics are extremely heavy and we also recommend delivery to where they will be displayed.

Whats Your return policy?

Most of our goods are made to order. Due to this we will only refund or exchange an item that is not as described, or is found to be damaged or faulty. If you change your mind about your purchase, please email orders@graffitilab.co.uk with your reasons for the return within 7 days of recieving your goods. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.'

Can i request a frame size not listed?
