Please note that by using this website and by placing an order with Graffiti Lab Limited, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. At the time Graffiti Lab Limited accepts and processes your order, a contract is formed.
All materials on this website including relevant artwork for sale and website design, is copyright of Graffiti Lab Ltd, or that of represented artists. These images may not be used without prior consent by any third parties.
When placing an order, we will require you to provide personal information. This information is used solely for processing shipment. Newsletter registration information is used solely for marketing purposes and is not disclosed to, or sold to any third party organisations.
You data is kept in strict accordance to the Data Protection Act. Individuals have a right under this act to request any information held on them by companies in the UK. We are able to process any such ‘Subject Access Request’ at a fee of £7. The maximum any company can charge for any such request is £10. Any requested information will be provided in hard copy and delivered by 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
All Canvas Art, Giclee Art, Ceramics and Tshirts are subject to availability. On occasion there may be a delay with updating the website to reflect the availability of a product. Any customer ordering a product that has since become unavailable will be fully notified via an email or telephone call. Any payment that may have been taken will be fully refunded, a store credit can be provided, or your order can be held until the item is available again.
Graffiti Lab Ltd relies on third parties to fulfil any order. If the circumstances arise that an order is placed we cannot fulfilled to our standard service level agreement due to the reliance of a third party we will offer a full refund or arrange a later delivery.
Prices of goods and services displayed on the website are subject to change from time to time without any notice. Although we do take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate and up to date. There may be an occurrence where a product or service is priced in error. Graffiti Lab Ltd does not take any liability for this.
Due to the wide variation of equipment used by customers to view the Graffiti Lab website. Variations in colour from that seen on screen, to the finished product may occur. We cannot always guarantee an exact match on finished canvases.
Payment for all goods purchase via the website is carried out to the highest security levels required by E-commerce merchants. Graffiti Lab Ltd use a Barclays Bank EPDQ payment system for all UK orders. Upon confirming your details, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by Barclays Bank where you can be assured your details will be processed within the highest possible security standards.For international orders we accept payment via Paypal. This is a safe and reliable payment option and provides a high level of security for transactions worldwide.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery is carried out within 14 working days in the UK of an order being placed. Delivery times for the rest of the world are provided prior to order. Delivery can only be carried out to residential or business addresses, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all information provided when placing an order is 100% accurate. Graffiti Lab Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies on order forms which were placed by a customer.
We cannot give an accurate time for delivery prior to 24hrs before you order is despatched. We can at this time provide a tracking reference.
Any orders not received within 14 working days will be investigated. We cannot though provide a replacement product until any such investigation has been completed. We aim to do this within 24hrs of being informed of such a situation. Please be advised that handmade products and commissions do not fall under our standard 14day SLA.
Although your orders are sent via a recorded courier. We cannot be held responsible for missing orders. We will provide a replacement product at the discretion of the company after any relevant investigations are completed with regards to the matter.
Most of our goods are made to order. Due to this we will only refund or exchange an item that is not as described, or is found to be damaged or faulty. If you change your mind about your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reasons for the return within 7 days of recieving your goods. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.'
